Yoga can be intimidating, but we’re not like most yoga studios.
Our desire is that you would find Wild Peace the moment you walk in our doors.
We encourage our students to come just as they are - all levels of yoga and faith welcome here.
We invite you to draw closer to Jesus in each and every class. Our teachers are specially trained to incorporate faith into each aspect of our yoga practice. You can expect to move your body to worship music, scripture and prayer; finding Wild Peace as you unwind and let go.
When to arrive?
Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins. From there, we ask that you remove your shoes and place your belongings in the cubbies provided in the lobby. We’ll show you into the studio where you can settle in on your mat before class officially begins. Front doors will be locked as class begins.
What to bring?
A yoga mat, water bottle and an open heart. If you don’t own a mat or forget your water, we have you covered. We kindly ask that you place your cell phone in the lobby to help both you and our other students free from distraction.
We recommend wearing comfortable, tighter fitting clothing and bare feet.
Do I need to pre-register for classes?
Yes, please pre-register for your class here. It’s simple, guarantees your space, saves a step when you come in and we know to keep an eye out for you.
What is a good class to start with?
All of our classes are accessible to all levels of yoga and faith; however, our favorite starting points are always the Slow Flow or Restorative classes. You can browse all of our class offerings and their descriptions here.
What if I’m still not sure?
Just as Jesus invited others to "come and see," we extend the same invitation to you! Your first class is always free - simply sign up here to receive your free class code. And check out our Why Wild Peace page to learn more about the benefits of faith based yoga.
