Slow Flow
A fully guided flow that is specifically paced for the purpose of creating a meditative space, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind to connect with God. Poses are held a little longer and gradually moved from grounded to standing and balancing, all to the sounds of uplifting worship music.
Restorative Yin
Find the ultimate peace in a faith-based restorative yin class. Bolsters, blankets, and blocks are used as support so the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert any effort. Accessible to all levels.
Fight & Surrender
Get ready for an energizing vinyasa flow with high & low intensity cardio using drumsticks (Fight) followed by a fully guided slow flow and cool down (Surrender). Enjoy uplifting worship music, life giving scripture and encouraging prayer.
Soul Care Sundays
Welcome your week by meeting with the Lord on the mat! The 1st/3rd Sundays are Restorative Yin style, and 2nd/4th are Slow Flow- both styles are accessible to all levels.
Yogalates
Yogalates combines elements of yoga and Pilates to provide a comprehensive workout focusing on strength, flexibility, and relaxation while also building your faith!
Hot Vinyasa
This HEATED vinyasa practice is a moving meditation/flow of poses that links breath to movement through dynamic and thoughtful sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina, and lengthen and tone the body. You will be guided through each flow, then we crank up the music to flow on your own, making space for you to explore your practice at your own pace.
Yoga With Weights
Revitalize your yoga practice with our faith-based Yoga with Weights* class! Elevate your workout by incorporating hand weights into traditional yoga poses, enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels. *Bring your own weights- recommended 2-5 pound hand weights. (No weights? No problem! You can still fully participate using just your bodyweight.)
Power Yoga
This faith-based, vinyasa-style class incorporates elements of cardio and strength training including kickboxing, Pilates, bodyweight, and more for a great workout that's different every time!
Sunrise Yoga
Energize your body and mind with our 45-minute Sunrise Yoga session. This invigorating class will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and fully prepared to embrace the day ahead. Join us for an inspiring start to your morning!
Healing Sound Bath
Enjoy a moment of rest that includes a guided meditation and healing sound bath - a holistic health practice that uses the combination of mindful presence, sound and meditation to effect positive changes in one's mind, body and spirit. We will use crystal sound bowls to create vibrational harmony that helps balance the brain, lower stress levels and reduce tension in the body.
Wild Peace Kids Yoga
Yoga is great for smaller bodies, too! We will begin to explore breathing and movement techniques. $15 for one child, $10 each sibling! Recommended ages 5-12. An adult must remain present during class- enjoy our free coffee and tea in the lobby!
